Our theory of change explains how we believe early AI capacity-building can help Afghan students participate meaningfully in an AI-driven world. It outlines the challenges we seek to address, the change we aim to enable, and the outcomes we hope to achieve over time through AI learning, applied practice, and strengthened support structures. While real impact takes time, we believe that investing in Afghan students and the support structures around them today can help grow a generation of AI talent and strengthen responsible and locally relevant AI learning and innovation in Afghanistan.
