Theory of Change (ToC)

Our theory of change explains how we believe AI capacity-building can help Afghans participate meaningfully in an AI-driven world. It outlines the challenges we seek to address, the change we aim to enable, and the outcomes we hope to achieve over time through AI learning, applied AI practice, and strengthened support structures.
While real impact takes time, we believe that investing in Afghans and the support structures around them today can help grow a generation of Afghan AI talent and strengthen responsible and locally relevant AI learning and innovation in Afghanistan.
