Our management and operations team provides the day-to-day coordination, management, and delivery of AI4Afghanistan’s work. The team oversees program implementation, partnership development, fundraising and resource mobilization. It also manages financial, administrative and human resource functions, as well as communications, outreach, and public engagement. Together, they help fulfill our mission by supporting the effective delivery of our programs and initiatives while strengthening the organizational capacity, partnerships, and operational structures needed for long-term growth and impact.
