Progress Toward Impact

As a young organization, we are currently in the Foundational Phase, where we focus on building the organizational, operational, and programmatic foundations needed to support carefully scoped pilot initiatives in Germany or Afghanistan. This includes developing strategic and operational frameworks, building partnerships, engaging expertise from the Afghan diaspora and international partners, and developing AI learning materials, teaching approaches, and delivery formats.
We may also carry out preparatory learning and validation initiatives for Afghan target groups in either country. This preparatory work helps us refine AI learning materials, teaching approaches, delivery formats and support arrangements before beginning pilot initiatives.

As we move forward, we will continue to share updates here, providing a transparent view of our work and the steps we are taking to help grow a generation of Afghan AI talent and strengthen responsible and locally relevant AI learning and innovation in Afghanistan.
